COACH AND FACILITATOR
Sophie Bonneau M.A., PCC
As a people and culture specialist, most of my career has been devoted to supporting and elevating people-focused strategies in organizations, emphasizing leadership development, employee engagement and championing health and wellness in the workplace.
I am passionate about executive coaching and co-creating the conscious development of my clients to help them increase their leadership effectiveness. I coach from the philosophy that greater self-awareness, clarity of purpose and the intentional alignment of values, strengths and behaviors accelerates courageous growth and brings about lasting and impactful results.
I find mentor coaching and facilitating to be especially rewarding as it gives me the opportunity to work with groups and create experiential learning that provides meaningful training to coaches, leaders and HR professionals wanting to deepen their mastery of coaching skills.
I also specialize in working with women who are navigating their careers alongside the significant life transition of becoming/ being mothers. We explore the limiting beliefs and self protective strategies that come into play with their evolving roles, values, priorities and sense of identity so they can feel confident and thrive at work and in life.
I live in Calgary, Alberta where the sky is expansive and the Rocky Mountains are in my backyard. I am raising 7-year old twin boys who keep me on my toes and provide daily practice on staying curious and welcoming uncertainty with flexibility and grace.
