COACH AND FACILITATOR

Ruth MacNeill M.Ed., PCC, RCC

I empower high-achieving leaders and teams to navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and lead with authenticity, purpose, and aligned values."

I am a leadership development, executive and team coach. At the heart of my work lies deep reverence for individuals' courageous authenticity, humility, and commitment to evolve beyond their current successes. I empower high-achieving leaders and their teams to lead with authenticity, purpose, and aligned values— blending strategic thinking with self-awareness, emotional agility, and courageous action to navigate complexity and drive meaningful, lasting change.

My career began as a quest to deeply understand human behavior and unlock human potential—first as a family systems therapist, then as a trauma-informed college counselor. When I sensed we were all experiencing a profound shift into an interconnected global world—where rapid change and uncertainty are constant—I felt a deep calling to shift and grow in ways that would allow me to support others. This led me to train as a leadership development practitioner and executive coach, empowering leaders to expand their capacity to navigate complexity and create meaningful impact within and beyond their organizations."

As a Professional Certified Coach, I draw on my trauma-informed expertise to guide leaders to build resilience, foster psychological safety, engage high-performing teams, and lead transformative change. My background has equipped me to navigate complex relationships, challenge limiting beliefs, foster emotional intelligence, and understand systems.

I find balance and inspiration in nature—whether hiking in the mountains, being by the sea, or sharing meaningful moments with loved ones. My passion for the creative arts, yoga, and exploring diverse cultures enriches my life and deepens my connection with others.
