COACH AND FACILITATOR

Patrick Murphy PCC, CPCC

I believe in a coaching style that is direct, yet supplemented with a strong, validating instinct. I have a desire to find and hold the highest possible outcomes for all my clients. My training style leans heavily on audience participation and surfacing knowledge already in the space.

As coach and trainer, I view my role as 'filling gaps' - supplementing the vast ranges of career and life experiences with expertise and knowledge to provide the greatest service. I hope my enthusiasm and passion for the power and impact of internal development will be contagious for you in your experience.

I am certified through The Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (PCC) and a member of the invitation-only Forbes’ Coaching Council. I serve as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University for the Leadership Coaching Graduate Certificate Program in the Institute of Transformational Leadership. I have completed training in leadership, polarities and paradox, neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Most of my clients are men who, having excelled in their 'masculine' attributes, are asked to develop the ‘people skills’ required for further advancement. Helping men frame emotional and internal development as a logical and courageous supplement to their journey is my passion.

When I’m not coaching leaders, you can find me at New York Knicks games, experimenting with clay sculpture work, reading about US History, or longing for a big dog while hesitant about the fur and time commitment.
