COACH AND FACILITATOR

Mae Kroeis MPH-HP, ACC

I am passionate about fostering supportive workplaces where individuals can thrive and bring their best selves to work. With over 20 years of experience in mental health promotion, program planning, workshop design, group facilitation, and community development, I specialize in psychological health and safety, workplace mental health, and positive psychology. I have collaborated with municipalities across Western Canada, as well as diverse organizations, including first responders, teachers, energy companies, and EFAP providers.

My approach to workplace well-being centers on creating environments where leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture where staff can thrive and perform at their best. While individual awareness and skill building are essential, I believe lasting change requires a systems approach that addresses the root causes of workplace issues such as absenteeism, burnout, disengagement, and stress. Through coaching and interactive workshops, I empower participants with the tools, confidence, and motivation to implement learnings and take meaningful action, at the individual, leader and organizational levels.

Outside of my passion for workplace well-being, I prioritize my own wellness by spending quality time with my husband and three children out enjoying Calgary's parks and nature, preferably while on my bicycle, headed for a cappuccino or glass of local craft beer.
