COACH AND FACILITATOR
Jen Nash PCC, ACTC
I work with leaders and teams to unleash and unlock potential, adapt, and thrive in the complexity of large-scale transformations and dynamic, complex operating environments. My work spans leadership development, individual and team coaching, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing facilitation, coaching, and counseling.
One unique aspect of my approach is that rather than trying to reduce, avoid, or remove complexity, I help my clients navigate through it by holding space for creative energy to emerge and spark what’s possible. I take a coactive approach, offering a variety of modalities that I continue to develop as a perpetual student and lifelong learner of personal and professional growth.
I began my career more than 20 years ago with one of Canada’s largest legal firms before relocating to Asia to explore, learn, and grow. Upon returning to Canada, I embarked on an awardwinning career in sales and marketing for various multinationals. Later, I transitioned into the field of adult and organizational development, becoming a Certified Coach (ICF-PCC & ACTC) and serving leaders and teams globally across government and public service, corporate, academic, healthcare, nonprofit, and professional services environments.
I am certified to use a variety of leadership development and coaching tools, including the Leadership Circle Profile, DiSC, EQ-i, Hogan, Integrative Enneagram, BeWellLeadWell, and many others.
Outside of work, I love family life as a wife and parent of two wonderful children. I enjoy exploring the world, dancing, and hiking. My guiding mantra—for myself and my clients—is: “Be You & Live Fully.”
