Erin Ekman BSc Kin, CPCC, PCC

Erin Ekman is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has worked in coaching and leadership development since 2009 and holds a Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute.

Erin is passionate about developing leaders, managers and teams as they actively move towards their personal and professional goals. She takes pride in partnering with organizations that recognize their people as their greatest asset and pathway to long term success.

Erin’s insight into development and strategy is enriched by her background in high performance sport, where she implemented strategic planning and design for national and Olympic team programs as well as her work with charitable organizations for over 10 years and her understanding of root cause and the importance of ensuring readiness, buy-in and commitment to create sustainable change.

Erin has worked across a diverse range of industries including the energy sector, mining, aviation, construction, banking and more to deliver exceptional value and impact to hundreds of team members and leaders.

Erin’s work ranges from building high performing teams, developing impactful leaders and strategic design through training, coaching, and facilitation.
