COACH AND FACILITATOR

Clint White CEC, CPA, B.Comm, ACC

During his 15-years as Chief Financial Officer, Clint successfully led over $2 billion in financing and corporate transactions, while also playing a key role in major business and organizational transformations. Through this journey, Clint came to understand that while technical excellence and execution are important, personal satisfaction and truly superior business results were only accessible by practicing conscious leadership. Coaching played an instrumental role in developing and refining Clint’s leadership philosophy and practice.

Clint now coaches individuals looking to bring new levels of courageous authenticity to their leadership, challenging leaders and their organizations to build cultures that foster trust, teamwork, focus, and innovation. Drawing on his own experience as a leader, and with an understanding of the challenges busy executives face, Clint inspires his clients to live and lead deliberately: leading their lives and organizations with purpose, vision, and courage. Clint loves to coach technical professionals looking to evolve from technical or task excellence to true leadership, building relationships, teams, and culture. Clint also coaches individuals in the areas of change, career transition, and personal transformation.
