Bliss has 20 years’ experience in senior positions in financial services leading teams in sales, operations and human resources and has provided expertise in strategy, implementation and execution that delivered results. He has worked with companies in Oil & Gas,Technology integration, Municipalities, Arm’s length government organizations, Financial services, Homebuilding & Land development, Tax Law, Real Estate and Economic Development.

The breadth of companies and their unique leadership styles has given him the framework to accelerate leaders’ development in the direction that will be effective for them and their organization.
