Introductory Meeting – We ensure fit with your coach to maximize the return on your coaching investment. To ensure you are matched with the very best coach, we meet with you to determine your objectives for coaching and what the best fit coach for you looks like. No rigid programs – coaching isn’t one size fits all. What we do is assess your needs and make recommendations for a coaching program based on your needs and objectives.
Regular Coaching Sessions – Coaching sessions at regular intervals ensure you keep traction with your coaching and make real progress. Along the way we’ll explore values, what drives you, your passions, the kind of leader you want to be. Expect homework between calls to put your coaching into action and we support you between sessions with brief as-needed email and telephone coaching support.
Pre-Coaching Questionnaire – It’s important to get to know you and how to be the best coach for you. Your pre-coaching homework helps speed the learning curve for you and your coach to create an effective partnership right away, allowing you to get immediate traction in your coaching!
Completion – The end of your coaching journey! We end our coaching relationship with a final wrap up session reviewing where you started from, what you learned and achieved, and what’s next for you to keep your leadership developing into the future.
Discovery Session – This is your initial session with your coach to set the foundation. Depending on your coaching needs, this session may include debriefing optional assessment tools.
Optional Tools – We use assessments in the coaching process only where we feel that they will add value as a tool in the coaching relationship. Assessments are only tools and we only use them where they provide value. Some of the assessments we use include:Insights Discovery, MBTI Type I & Type II Personality Assessments Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report and EQ-360 Assessments.
