Bob Nogue, C.A., PCC

Bob’s substantial leadership experience enhances his current roles as a personal coach, facilitator, and trainer. He now works with leaders at all levels to discover what is possible for them and their organizations. Bob brings a practical business approach presented with a warm style and a passionate belief in people’s capabilities.

The majority of Bob’s work career has been in senior financial roles that spanned companies ranging from small local to large multinationals. He has global management and leadership experience in building effective teams to create and maintain sound business processes, support substantial revenue growth and geographical expansion ($300 million to $800 million revenue in 3 years), integrate acquisitions and manage parts of large innovative and leading edge projects like Hibernia. Bob’s integrity, adaptability, tenacity, strategic and analytical skills, coupled with communication and people skills have consistently been considered an integral part of the success of these initiatives. 

Bob is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation as well as Chartered Professional Accountant – CPA, CA - Canada and Obtains a Graduate Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute.
